How do I connect with a coparent?


  1. Click the menu button on the far right.
  2. Click ‘Coparents’.
  3. Click the ‘+’ button on the bottom-right.
  4. Enter details and invite coparent.




How do I add a child?


  1. Click the menu button on the far right.
  2. Click 'Children'.
  3. Click the '+' button on the bottom-right.
  4. Pick A color to represent the child on your calendar.
  5. Enter child's name and select coparent and add child.




How do I add a calendar?


  1. Click the menu button on the far right.
  2. Click 'Schedules'.
  3. Click the '+' button on the bottom-right.
  4. Fill in the required fields and select a visitation schedule.
  5. Send request to coparent to approve.




How do I request a custody trade?


  1. Click to view the calendar screen.
  2. Click on the date you would like to trade.
  3. Click 'Request Trade' below the calendar.
  4. Review the trade request information.
  5. Click 'Submit Request'.




How do I accept a custody trade?


  1. Click the menu button on the far right.
  2. Click 'Trades'.
  3. Open the pending trade'.
  4. Review information.
  5. Click 'Accept'.




What is the custody tracker?


The custody tracker tracks how much time your child spends with each coparent. This tracker counts the number of days that you have had custody of your child versus your coparent and gives you a percentage based on that amount of time.




What do the black dots on the calendar mean?


The black dots on the calendar indicates that you have custody of your child(ren) that evening.




What do the blue dots on the calendar mean?


The blue dots indicate that your coparent is requesting a custody trade on that day. This makes it easy to see if you are available to accept the custody trade or not. You can click on the days with a blue dot to accept or deny the trade.




What do the colored dots mean?


When you added a child to Let’s Coparent they were assigned a color. If you see a colored dot on your calendar that indicates that there is an event scheduled on that day for that particular child.




How do I change a custody schedule?


You will need to add a new schedule and have your coparent approve the new arrangement like during your initial set-up. For the steps please click here to be taken to our tutorials: www.letscoparent.com/tutorials




Can I have multiple children and multiple schedules?


Yes, you can. You can have up to three individual children with their own schedules. Typically, if you have more than one child but all of your children are on the same custody schedule, it is easier to just have one schedule for all of your children.
